A fun and educational Web3 project to create and manage Solana and Ethereum wallets locally. Demonstrates how multiple wallets can be derived from a single master seed phrase using Next.js and ShadcnUI.
Overview
Built a full-stack Web3 wallet application that allows users to generate and manage Solana and Ethereum wallets locally.
The project is divided into three learning steps
- generating private/public key pairs,
- deriving multiple wallets from a single mnemonic, and
- building a full-stack app using Next.js, ShadcnUI, and localStorage for learning purposes.
Integrated blockchain libraries like ethers.js and @solana/web3.js to demonstrate cryptographic key generation, signing, and verification. Designed an intuitive UI with Shadcn components and TailwindCSS to visualize wallet creation and management processes.
